Check an ARC document
ARC Proof confirms that a production statement, production certificate or EAC retirement was issued by ARC, shows whether it is still current, and explains what it does and does not say.
Scan the QR code on the document, or enter the 32-character code printed under the QR code.
32 characters: the digits 0 to 9 and the letters a to f. Spaces and hyphens are ignored.
What ARC Proof checks
Production statements document cement delivered from a plant that produces under the Acriva license: the batch, the quantity and the carbon intensity.
Production certificates summarize the cement a licensed plant produced in a verification period that an independent verifier signed off.
EAC retirements record environmental attribute certificates that a registry issued and that were retired for a named beneficiary.
Documents cannot be looked up by their number. Only someone who holds the document has its code.
Daily chain anchors
Every record ARC keeps is linked into a hash chain. ARC publishes the end of the chain once a day, so anyone can later check that older records were not changed.
